Why subscribe?
Subscribe to get full access to resources and publication archives that will guide and support you, as a woman, on your trauma recovery journey. As a Clinical Psychologist, Clinical Hypnotherapist and Jungian Life Coach, with 24 years of therapeutic experience, I offer insight and inspiration into how to heal and reach your core potential, following the trauma and adversity that life can bring us. I take a holistic approach integrating my work as a Yoga & Meditation Teacher and Energy Healer to target healing at a Mental, Emotional, Physical and Spiritual level. I work somatically with the body to balance the nervous system and build resources and resilience as a starting point, to all other approaches. If we feel unsafe, we cannot integrate any other learning and development. Your subscription not only helps you, but others, to gain access to clinical healing resources and perhaps a lifeline of community that would not otherwise be accessible. "Through the darkness of trauma, we find the strength to grow. Like a butterfly breaking free from its cocoon, we embrace resilience and transform our wounds into wisdom. Awareness fans the wings of our empowerment and our story pollinates inspiration for others, on their own flight path. A flight no longer fuelled by fear but instead compassion, love and resilience, as we evolve, into our true selves."

Clinical Advice and Support
Be part of a community of people who have also experienced trauma and adversity. Participate in the comments section, and fortnightly Q & A’s with myself, Dr Tracy where you can ask for advice and support. I know many people with unprocessed trauma struggle to access any therapeutic input due to financial constraints. This subscription allows access to clinical advice and guidance along with self-help resources, in addition to helping you to find out when direct professional input may be necessary. I am also aware that for those of you in domestic violence situations, accessing direct therapy may not be possible, as your whereabouts may be questioned and money may be withheld. However, it can be easier to jump on a computer or phone within the home and reach out to others, at times it is safe to do so. For those people, we are here.
